You are responsible for all asset information you submit to IamTagged, including names, serial numbers, VINs, descriptions, photographs, locations, and status information.

• you will only register assets you own, control, or are authorised to manage;
• the information you provide about an asset must be truthful and not misleading;
• you will not falsely report an item as lost, stolen, recovered, or flagged; and
• you will not use the platform to harass, defame, threaten, impersonate, or deceive any person.

IamTagged is a platform tool and does not independently verify every asset entry, claim, or report made by users.

6. Lost or stolen asset features

IamTagged may provide functionality allowing users to mark assets as lost or stolen, receive alerts, or interact with recovery-related features.

These features are provided to assist users, but IamTagged does not guarantee recovery of any asset, identification of any person, or prevention of theft, misuse, or loss.

You acknowledge that any actions taken in response to asset alerts, scans, reports, or notifications are at your own discretion and risk.

7. Location and mapping features

Some IamTagged services use location-related information, including GPS coordinates, addresses, cities, or map search results. These features may rely on data provided by you or by third-party providers.

You agree that:

• you will only submit location information that is relevant and lawful to provide;
• location information may not always be accurate, complete, or current; and

• asset loss, theft, recovery failure, or mistaken reports;

• payment issues caused by third-party payment providers;

• unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
